Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you use renderfun.com and the Render Fun software, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and in line with the GDPR principles. Data controller: Ufuk Şen (ufuksn79@gmail.com).

1. This site does not track you

renderfun.com uses no cookies, advertising or analytics tools and builds no profile of your visit. The fonts and all files come from this site’s own server; your visit is not reported to any third party.

Like every web server, the hosting server may keep standard access logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser information) for operation and security. These logs are used only to run and protect the site.

2. Downloads

The “Download free” button downloads the file from Google Drive. Google may process technical data under its own privacy policy. We do not collect personal data about downloads.

For the number shown under the download buttons, our server keeps only the total number of downloads (a single number). No IP address, cookie or other personal data is recorded for it. So that one tab is not counted twice, a temporary mark is written to your browser’s session storage; it is deleted when you close the tab.

3. The Render Fun software

Render Fun works without the internet: your model, renders and settings stay on your computer and are not sent to us or to anyone else. If you choose to send an error report, you decide to send it and it contains only what you send.

4. Renders sent for the gallery

When you send us an image for the gallery by e-mail or WhatsApp, we process the image, your name or chosen name, your contact detail (e-mail address or phone number) and any project details you add.

Purpose: to publish the image with your name in the gallery and in Render Fun promotion, and to contact you about it. Legal basis: your explicit consent. Your contact detail is never published.

We keep the image published until you ask us to remove it, and delete the related messages within a reasonable time after it is removed. We do not transfer your data abroad ourselves; the e-mail and WhatsApp providers (Google, Meta) process these messages under their own terms.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to ask for information, correction or deletion, to learn the purpose of processing and to whom it is disclosed, to object, and to claim compensation. You can withdraw your consent at any time; just write to ufuksn79@gmail.com.

6. Changes

We may update this notice; a new version applies from the date it is published on this page.
